What we are especially good at
We value the trust of our clients and create solutions that help brands look dignified and confident in any information field.
Monitoring and analysis

We constantly monitor brand mentions in search, social networks, catalogs and media. We analyze the dynamics, identify risks and growth points. This approach helps to quickly respond to any changes and build a reputation management strategy based on accurate data.

Content and promotion

We prepare and publish high-quality materials: news, expert articles, positive cases and reviews. We promote them in search engines and on authoritative sites so that positive information about the company builds trust and strengthens the image.

How did we manage the reputation of the shooting range?

Shooting club “Kalibr” is one of the largest complexes in Russia, offering a wide range of services for shooting sports enthusiasts and professionals. With a high level of competition in the active recreation industry and great attention from users to reviews and ratings, the company’s reputation on the Internet becomes no less an important asset than infrastructure or service.

When we started our cooperation on reputation management, the project had an ambitious task: to form a stable positive image of the brand, increase the trust of the target audience and ensure the visibility of high-quality information about the club on all key platforms.

At the start of the work, the reputational presence was not uniform. Positive feedback and high ratings were adjacent to isolated negative comments, and the general information background was fragmented and did not fully reflect the real advantages and level of service of the club.

At the same time, a significant part of new clients, when choosing a shooting complex, were guided by reviews in Yandex, Google, 2GIS and specialized directories, which directly affected conversion and image. Therefore, the project required a systematic approach: from a deep audit and development of a SERM and ORM strategy to the creation and promotion of content that would strengthen the club’s position as a reliable and respected market leader.

Working with the shooting club “Kalibr”, we saw how important it is not just to control reviews, but to build an honest and open dialogue with the audience. Thanks to a comprehensive strategy and attention to detail, the club managed not only to strengthen its high rating on key platforms, but also to create a strong information field that emphasizes its leadership and professionalism.

Audit and analysis

Before launching the active phase of reputation management, we conducted a detailed audit of the brand’s digital presence.
At this stage, the team focused on a comprehensive evaluation of all mentions and factors influencing the online perception of the Kalibr Shooting Club.

The audit involved collecting and analyzing data from over 10 key sources: Yandex and Google search results, major directories (2GIS, Zoon, Yell), specialized shooting sport platforms, as well as review sites, forums, and social media.

We identified the following key areas:

  • A high share of positive reviews on aggregators (Yandex, Google, 2GIS), which required ongoing support and systematic updates.
  • The presence of isolated negative or neutral mentions that remained in the top search results.
  • A lack of expert and branded content that would highlight the club’s expertise and unique qualities.

Additionally, we analyzed competitor activity — including publication frequency, the density of their digital presence, and the structure of content used to build trust.

The audit results helped pinpoint specific growth opportunities and potential risks:

  • which platforms have the greatest influence on customer decisions,
  • where new content needs to be promoted,
  • and which content formats resonate best with the target audience.

This stage served as the foundation for developing a strategy aimed at systematically building and maintaining a positive online reputation for Kalibr.

Reputation is an asset that works for your business 24/7 and builds trust even before the first customer visit.

Strategy development

Following the completion of the audit, we proceeded with building a comprehensive reputation management strategy for the Kalibr Shooting Complex.

The primary objective was to create a stable and diverse information environment in which the brand would consistently be associated with reliability, high-quality service, and professionalism.

During the strategic planning phase, we identified several key areas of focus:

SERM – Search Engine Reputation Management

  • Promoting positive and neutral content for key branded search queries
  • SEO-optimizing materials to maintain stable rankings
  • Pushing down negative mentions beyond the first page of search results

ORM – Online Reputation Management

  • Actively managing reviews across directories and map services
  • Preparing and publishing expert articles, news pieces, and interviews
  • Engaging with communities and niche forums
  • Creating “content islands” by placing business listings on directories, review sites, and social media

Customer Communication and Engagement

  • Developing standardized responses to reviews and comments
  • Implementing communication scripts that emphasize client focus and transparency
  • Encouraging the generation of new, authentic reviews

Monitoring and Analytics

  • Setting up a system for continuous monitoring of brand mentions in search, social media, and news platforms
  • Regular analysis of visibility trends and sentiment dynamics
  • Preparing monthly reports to evaluate progress and effectiveness

The strategy included a phased content publication plan, a list of priority platforms, and key performance indicators such as visibility trends, rating improvements, and the growth in positive brand mentions.

This structured approach enabled consistent execution and full control over every touchpoint between the brand and its target audience.

Working with reviews

Customer reviews are one of the key factors influencing the choice of the Kalibr Shooting Club.
That’s why managing feedback became a top priority in this project.

We began by setting up a monitoring system to track new reviews daily across major platforms: Yandex Maps, Google, 2GIS, Zoon, Yell, and others.
This allowed for prompt responses and helped maintain a high level of engagement.

To address negative feedback, we developed a clear and structured process:

  • analyzing the situation and clarifying details with the customer;
  • preparing a polite and constructive response with an emphasis on readiness to assist;
  • when necessary, offering compensation or a practical solution.

This approach helped defuse tension and often turned dissatisfied users into loyal supporters.

Stimulating positive reviews was another essential part of the strategy.

Together with the club, we introduced several tools:

  • personalized thank-you messages after visits,
  • follow-up reminders via email and messengers,
  • special offers and bonuses for leaving a review.

As a result, the number of new positive reviews increased significantly within a short time.

We also updated the club’s profiles across all platforms: adding high-quality photos, detailed service descriptions, business hours, and other key information to ensure users had a clear and trustworthy impression of the club.

This systematic approach to review management strengthened audience trust and became a distinct competitive advantage.

By creating a positive information field, you not only reduce the impact of negativity, but also set industry standards.

Monitoring and analytics

To ensure that reputation management for the Kalibr Shooting Club remained effective and predictable, we established a continuous system for monitoring and analysis.

At the initial stage, we integrated professional monitoring tools that tracked all new mentions and reviews across search engines, review platforms, social media, and niche forums.
This enabled us to observe mention trends in real time and respond promptly to shifts in sentiment.

Each month, we collected and organized data based on key performance indicators:

  • the number of new reviews and mentions,
  • the average rating on each platform,
  • search ranking dynamics for branded queries,
  • the ratio of positive, neutral, and negative comments,
  • audience engagement in communications.

Based on this data, we prepared detailed reports that were reviewed with the client to assess progress and refine the strategy.

Regular analytics allowed us to:

  • identify potential risks in a timely manner,
  • reinforce the success of promoted positive content,
  • adjust content publishing plans as needed,
  • strengthen efforts on platforms most relevant to the target audience.

This systematic monitoring became the foundation for stable reputation management and enabled Kalibr to maintain a high level of user trust across all key platforms.

Results of the work

Through comprehensive reputation management for the Kalibr Shooting Club, we achieved stable and measurable results.

Compared to the initial benchmarks, all key performance metrics showed significant improvement.

The number of new reviews increased by more than 2–4 times across major platforms such as Yandex Maps, Google, 2GIS, and industry directories. Average ratings stabilized at a high level, with some platforms showing an increase of 0.3 to 0.5 points.

The share of negative mentions in visible search results dropped significantly: most unfavorable content was either pushed down or lost relevance for users.

At the same time, the brand’s informational presence strengthened — the club began appearing more frequently in niche publications and reviews, which positively influenced brand recognition and audience trust.

These changes not only reinforced the company’s image as a reliable partner and professional club, but also contributed to increased conversion of incoming traffic into real customer inquiries.

The goal has been achieved

The reputation management project demonstrated that a systematic approach and attention to detail can consistently shape a positive brand image, even in a competitive environment.

Key success factors included:

  • regular monitoring across all platforms,
  • prompt and respectful user engagement,
  • creation of expert content and maintenance of an active media presence.

Reputation management efforts are ongoing, with plans to further expand the brand’s media presence, develop new publication channels, and sustain high audience engagement.

This approach delivers long-term impact and lays the foundation for Kalibr Shooting Club’s continued leadership in its niche.
